Transfiguration of Our Lord
Witnesses to the glory of God in the face of Jesus will be unable to avoid reflecting that glory in the world. It was true for Moses. It was doubtless true for Peter, James, and John. We pray that it will be true of all of us who see the glory of the Lord in the word and in the supper and who are being "transformed into the same image" by the Spirit of God.

Adult Forum—Feb 7—An invitation to Lent
"Self-examination and repentance, prayer and fasting, sacrificial giving and works of love." These are the traditional components of the discipline of Lent, which we hear each year on Ash Wednesday. These practices have shaped the Church throughout the centuries during this six-week period in preparation for Easter. Join Dr. Kyle Schiefelbein as we encounter these practices in our lives of faith today and explore the Lenten devotionals handed out at the Annual Meeting.
Adult Forum series on Sunday mornings in Lent led by Pr. Elizabeth and Pr. Tita 10:05 am in the auditorium
Over the next six weeks, we will journey together through the season of Lent, reflecting on hunger, hope, and God's love in a world of both abundance and need. Each weekly session is based on a devotion from ELCA World Hunger's 40 Days of Giving, a special devotional for you to use each day during the season of Lent. Extra devotional material is available in the narthex for you to pick up.
Wednesday Worship at 6:45

A very special Lenten mid-week service with the Augustana Choir of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois under the direction of Jon Hurty performing for us.
