Booking Your Wedding
VIEWING THE CHURCH
Built in 1894, St. Mark’s church building is an official, historic landmark of San Francisco. The church was renovated and rededicated in 2006, with many of the original details and finishes restored. With its beautiful stained glass windows, refinished interior, and grand Taylor & Boody pipe organ, the Sanctuary makes a lasting impression.
You are invited to visit St. Mark's any Sunday morning to view the Sanctuary. This will allow you to experience the acoustics and setting while people are gathered, and to hear the organ and vocalists. Call ahead and let us know you’ll be stopping by so we can arrange for someone to greet you and show you around!
If you wish to view the Sanctuary at another time, please contact our Events Administrator at (415) 928-7770 x 2290 or events@stmarks-sf.org to make an appointment.
Reserve your date with a refundable deposit of $500.00. A Wedding Coordinator will then contact you.
WEDDING COORDINATOR
St. Mark’s will provide a Wedding Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating the arrangements for your wedding at St. Mark’s. The Wedding Coordinator will contact you shortly after the confirmation of your wedding date and will assist you with arrangements for your florist and your photographer, lead your rehearsal, and be on site the day of your wedding to assist the wedding party and Pastor. Your Wedding Coordinator will answer any questions you may have, be your main point of contact and will serve as the liaison between St. Mark’s and the wedding couple.
MUSIC
The Director of Music for St. Mark’s will help you plan the perfect musical accompaniment for your ceremony! Your Wedding Coordinator will put you in touch with our Director of Music as early as possible to plan your musical selections.
