The Property Committee is responsible for all things relating to the maintenance and stewardship of the physical property of St Mark’s Lutheran Church. This includes the church building, the Urban Life Center , the adjoining parking lots and the church plaza. The Property Committee schedules workdays throughout the year to tackle various projects, which have included tasks such as:

• Installation of our time capsule, stained glass Nativity Window, bike racks, shelving, and more!
• Painting
• Landscaping
• Restoring frames and artwork
• Moving furniture
• Cleaning, dusting and polishing

The continued activities of the Property Committee are vital to maintaining St. Mark’s as a vital church community within the city of San Francisco and establishing a physical location from which St. Mark's various ministries can operate.
